Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

ARRIVAL

Supervision is provided at 7:45am. Please do not drop your child off before this time. Breakfast is served from 7:45-8:10am. Students are expected in their seats at 8:15am. 8:15am is the tardy bell.

• BY CAR
  • Drop off only in our parking lot or in the neighborhood adjacent to the school off of Pritchard Ave. or Louise Pl. (DO NOT drop students off along Valencia Drive, as it is unsafe.)
  • Pull forward to the STOP line in the parking lot to drop off.
  • Students should quickly exit cars on the right side of the car and come through the student gate. 
  • If students are exiting from the middle lane, USE THE CROSSWALK and wait until the crossguard has fully stopped traffic. Do not walk in between cars unless you are on the middle crosswalk.
  • Parents, please do not exit the vehicle during drop off and pick up times.
  • Drop off lanes are not for parking; do not park or exit your car in these lanes.
• BY FOOT
  • Use all crosswalks to cross streets and parking lot.
  • Students should come through the student gate immediately upon getting to campus.
• BY BIKE, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS
  • Use all crosswalks to cross streets and the parking lot.
  • No riding in the parking lot or on school grounds.
  • Store all vehicles and equipment in the bike area by lunch tables.

DISMISSAL

Supervision is provided from 2:50-3:05pm. Please pick up your student on time.

• BY CAR
  • Pick up only in our parking lot or in the neighborhood adjacent to the school off of Pritchard or Louise Pl. (DO NOT pick students up along Valencia, as it is unsafe).
  • Pull forward to the STOP line in the parking lot to pick up your student.
  • Students should quickly enter cars - do not stop to purchase goods at carts.
• BY FOOT
  • Use all crosswalks to cross streets and parking lot.
  • Students should leave campus and go directly home.
• AFTER SCHOOL CARE
  • Students should go directly to the lunch tables where after school care supervisors will take attendance.
  • School rules still apply for all students staying on campus.
  • Parents wishing to pick up after school care students must go to the after school program and sign their student out.
